Yes, humans and animals are different. Humans exploit animals even though we are completely aware of what we are doing. When a lion kills a mouse, they do it because it is their instinct. We do it because we are selfish.

They are kept in tiny cold, dark, dirty cages and often go for days with water. When they become ill and diseased they are still neglected and often not given any medicines or help to stop the most needless of suffering.
When it is time to die for someone elses vanity, they are carried passed the corpses of other animals. Their death is horrific. Electrocuted animals go through a lot of pain, and experience having a heart attack before they finally die. Gassing, decompression chambers, and neck-breaking are other common slaughter methods in fur factory farms.
