SURE HE DID IT ALONE. Ruth,Peter, the sons, Cohmad principles, Miskin, Noel Fairchild ,Picower, Chais, they all took out hundreds of millions, some billions, but now there broke, and after thirty years some of them, had been doing this with Madoff, they knew nothing, like the guards at the gas chambers, they knew nothing. Ruth is so evil, some of the criminals originate from her father, Sorkin represented all these criminals twenty years ago, he should run an employment agency for employers looking for people with experience in PONZIS, shemes

All I want to know is why Peter Madoff, Mark Madoff, Andrew Madoff, Ruth Madoff, Shana (Peter's daughter, the skank who married one of the SEC regulators) are not in jail at this moment? I've heard that Bernie cut a deal 10-11 years ago, when Harry Markopolos first blew the whistle on his operation, that would allow all these people to escape prison time. The deal provided for Bernie to go to jail and to have all his possessions confiscated and auctioned. So far, that seems to have been the case, doesn't it? There seems to be no limit to the dirty dealings of the U.S. Government and those who are ever-willing to play ball. As one who unwittingly served what I later learned were the dishonest interests of this country in Vietnam nearly 40 years ago, I have not been surprised by a single thing this government has done since that time. I learned a great deal in the military service of this country, and in the time since. Beyond the fact that Americans have an exceedingly short memory, evidenced by our tolerance of more war for less-than-honorable reasons, this time in the middle east, I learned that our legislators and representatives are almost never truly interested in the welfare of us, the citizens of what used to be considered the greatest society on the planet. They have allowed our children to lag behind other civilized and industrialized nations in math and science and other knowledge. They have permitted us to settle near the top of the list in childbirth mortality. They have watched an economy torn asunder while our workers do not enjoy nearly the benefits of the workers of many other countries. We pretend still to be the bastion of freedom, liberty and justice, but we're about as full of ourselves as we are of baloney. Democracy in America? What a joke. We bail out large corporations whose "special" relationships with our legislators rapidly turn this nation into a fascist state in which business IS government, and we turn our backs on the victims of the above-named scum who stole innocent investors' life savings. I'm not talking about the big players--the billionaires who were promised inordinately high returns by Madoff. I'm talking about the everyday investors who saw consistent returns on what they thought were honestly traded commodities and securities, never knowing they were receiving dividends that were merely more recent investors' deposits.
Mr. Picard, the Trustee for the "recovery" masquerades as the defender of Madoff's victims, while in essence, with his threats of clawback, attempts to turn those victims into criminals. Shame on you, too, the law firms contracted by him to "recover" funds "for" the victims. The only thing you are recovering is hundreds of millions in fees and expenses for which you have already filed. While our tax dollars are taken from us in order to bail out car companies, AIG and huge banks, as they use the funds to party, the smaller, decent investors in Madoff's scheme lose their life savings and move in with their children--the children striving to make their own way in this farce of an economy, and who must slide over to make room for their newly bankrupt parents in their 2 bedroom apartments. Mr. Madoff and his family and other cohorts have ruined more lives than those mentioned in the SIPA claims. Unemployment rolls have climbed with the once-paid workers of the unfortunate charities also ruined by him. But, we shouldn't be surprised. It won't be the first time our government has sided with the criminals and conspired against us. We shouldn't be surprised to see that the military-industrial complex of this country has efficiently melded into one "government" and forsaken the rest of us yearning to live by the foundations of liberty set by the forefathers and engineers of the Constitution. I suppose, would that they could roll over in their graves in disbelief over what the power elite have managed to erode in less than a quarter millennium since their work was done. |
