EDS is an example of a well managed company. I thought that the interview process was fairly beauractric. Another key issue of note is the recent press releases by EDS exggrating the number of employess laid off or terminated. All it did was create fear and panic affecting the capitalization of the company.

Congratulations to EDS and HPQ on a succesful merger. It appears that more than 75% of both companies are owned by the same set of mutual funds. It is bigger company with nearly 350 thousand employees. I think they will be able to better compete with Exxon, Walmart and IBM.

In my openion, EDS needs to work with other vendors in the industry to resolve client email issues, maybe CSC can help.

I think they became overvalued, at ten times the fair value estimates back in 2000. It appears that the money supply is the key. The indicators indicate that the aggegrate valuation of the United States financial markets is larger than the total money supply.

Does it matter what Citigroup paid for Wachovia? I mean think about it, the same set of mutual funds own more than 90% of both companies.
