GOP is bad for business

The debt ceiling debate highlights an increasingly evident fact: the Republican Party is bad for business.

This, of course, runs contrary to the GOPís carefully crafted image. But itís hard to come to any other conclusion after reviewing the partyís actions in congressional economic debates. Time after time, Democrats stepped up to take the tough actions needed to prevent economic collapse while Republicans buried their heads in the sand.

As someone who operates a small business, the DEMOCRATS are bad for business.

LOL. You hear it first hand from a business owner, and still deny it. Typical liberalism.

It must be you.

I know plenty of small busines owners, including my daughter. Most are doing well. Some are expanding, some shrinking; but the only ones I know of going out of business are new ones, which is typical.

You should visit a C of C seminar, or hire someone to help you with a business plan. Hire a professional accountant. If you really are a small business owner, you will see that good accountants more than pays for themselves in time saved and suggestions.

Typical looser.

Hopefully the GOP will be bad for those businesses with their lips firmly glued to the government teat. They are good for businesses that operate in the real economy.

I agree. I run a small business myself and have been in survival mode since the dems and obozo have been running the show. They have done nothing what so ever to encourage the growth of small businesses or large. I'll stay in that mode until the threats of higher taxes and obozocare are off the table.

Another lying loser. Why don'tyou look to 2007, 2008, to see why you are a failure?

Why blame the Presideent of the United States for your inadequacy?
What the hell is wrong with these GOP shills?
Can't you do better than this crap?

Quit lying.

Oh, I don't just blame obozo, I blame most of the lefties along with a few rinos too. As far as being a failure, I think not, I've seen hard times before and I'll ride this storm out too. The real failures are the moochers, takers and those who depend on tax payers for their very survival.

House Passes Tea Party Debt Plan

Donít count on this one to get anywhere. The House of Representatives passed ďcut, cap, and balanceĒ on Tuesday, a conservative proposal to fix the debt crisis. The bill, which was strongly backed by the Tea Party and passed 234-190, allows for a $2.4 trillion increase in the nationís borrowing, but conditions it on severe spending cuts and a constitutional amendment requiring a balanced budget. It has virtually no chance of passing the Democratic-controlled Senate, and President Obama has threatened to veto it.

THIS IS THE WAY TO GO BALANCE BUDGET AMENDMENT!!
Vote tea party 2012.
