Music can help plants grow faster

LONDON: Gardeners swear by it, and now South Korean scientists have proven that they are right by finding that playing music, especially classical pieces, to plants really does help them grow more quickly. via The Times of India

actually music helps plants grow because when the music (especially the bass) transmits radio waves through the air, the bass instead of traveling thru the air it goes into the ground and to the roots of the plants thru vibraitons. the plants love classical the most, believe me. i tried this at one poitn as a science project.
