Good choice, John McCain. Lets see - of the four candidates in the race, how many have actually run something? That would be One, Sarah Palin. Blustering Joe Biden will have all he can handle debating this intelligent and competent woman.

Very telling that Obama's latest ad makes no mention of Palin. Maybe because they have absolutely no idea how to attack this person. If you liberals think that they playing nice guess again. This further proves that this was a brilliant choice. No one is talking about Obama anymore...yesterday's news...

on the contrary, you must be joking.
Obama was the head of the Harvard law review. So i wouldnt exactly call him a dope you moron.
Palin was a reporter who went to Univ of Idaho and then ran a town that has the population of a town like Westbrook or Old Lyme. She also is another neocon.

White Supremacists for Obama
Posted By: Gary Detman 1 hr ago
NBCNC -- Senator Barack Obama became the first African-American to accept the Democratic party's nomination for president Thursday.
The historic event prompted a Montgomery, Alabama civil rights organization to gauge how white supremacists might react to an Obama presidency.
A Southern Poverty Law Center investigation shows most white supremacist groups support Obama's candidacy.
It's not the result they expected.
"What was really unexpected was that a very large number of white supremacists, including some of their intellectual leaders, like David Duke, were saying actually, this could be a good thing for us," explained the SPLC's Mark Potok.
Potok heads the Intelligence Project, which monitors hate groups nationwide.
SO I GUESS IT REALLY IS TRUE. OBAMA IS TRULY A “UNITER”... OF ALL OF THE HATE GROUPS.
Rednecks for Obama too:

Bad experience, Bubba?
I'm voting for Obama because of the complete Iraq War history, which is related to the second reason, the economy, and because, for a third reason, I know he is intelligent. I was for Ron Paul. I do not like George W. I think McCain was a POW hero who doesn't know enough about the economy and would have too many other weaknesses as President after George W.'s mess and is way too much of a risk-taker (see Ms. Palin).
What was the point of this?
And your occupation and three reasons?
And Nobama knows what about the economy? He has a track record of accomplishing what? Heck, he can't even claim to be a war hero, although he claimed his Uncle liberated Auschwitz. You don't elect someone who claims to have the answers but has never done anything to prove it! No one still, can name three accomplishments of Nobamas. Always have to answer the question with a question...Mc Cain knows enough about the economy. all you creeps do is take one quick answer he made in response to a question months ago, and try to use it to sabotage Mc Cains knowledge accrude after over two decades in the Senate. Obama has the answers to the economy after 143 days in the senate? Gimmee a break! Empty suit is all he is and you guys know it! what did Biden say? "No experience, white house isn't a place for on the job training." what did the Clintons say? "One giant Fairy tale"...You can go round and round, but it doesn't change the fact that Nobama has a shallow resume, lack of character proven by past drug use, lies, and bad judgement in all areas of his personal and professional life...Nope, Nobama is a dudd and you guys know it!!! What about Nobamas gaffs? He needs his own kid to tell him what city he's in!!! Oh yeah, he can improve the economy!!!

Nobama's record on 12 yrs of "teaching"?
"I don't think anything that went on in these chambers affected him," said Richard Epstein, a libertarian colleague who says he longed for Obama to venture beyond his ideological and topical comfort zones. "His entire life, as best I can tell, is one in which he's always been a thoughtful listener and questioner, but he's never stepped up to the plate and taken full swings."
Obama had other business on his mind, embarking on five political races during his 12 years at the school. Teaching gave him satisfaction, along with a perch and a paycheck, but he was impatient with academic debates over "whether to drop a footnote or not drop a footnote," said Abner Mikva, a mentor whose own career has spanned Congress, the federal court system and the same law school.
Douglas Baird, another colleague, remembers once asking Obama to assess potential candidates for governor.
"First of all, I'm not running for governor," Obama told him. "But if I did, I would expect you to support me." ARROGANCE!
While students appreciated Obama's evenhandedness, colleagues sometimes wanted him to take a stand. When two fellow faculty members asked him to support a controversial anti-gang measure, allowing the Chicago police to disperse and eventually arrest loiterers who had no clear reason to gather, Obama discussed the issue with unusual thoughtfulness, they say, but gave little sign of who should prevail - the American Civil Liberties Union, which opposed the measure, or the community groups that supported it out of concern about crime.
"He just observed it with a kind of interest," said Daniel Kahan, now a professor at Yale University.
Nor could his views be gleaned from scholarship; Obama has never published any. He was too busy, but also, Epstein believes, he was unwilling to put his name to anything that could haunt him politically, as Guinier's writings had hurt her. "He figured out, you lay low," Epstein said.
Obama never mentioned his humiliating, hopeless campaign against Rush in class (he lost by a two-to-one ratio), though colleagues noticed that he seemed exhausted and was smoking more than usual. Soon after, the faculty saw an opening and made him its best offer yet: tenure upon hiring; a handsome salary, more than the $60,000 he was making in the state Senate or the $60,000 he earned teaching part time; and a job for his wife, Michelle Obama, directing the legal clinic.
Your political career is dead, Daniel Fischel, then the dean, said he told Obama, gently. Obama turned the offer down. Two years later, he decided to run for the Senate. He canceled his course load and has not taught since.
Nobama is a do nothing sleaze. If elected president, the idiots who voted for him deserve what they get!
What we will get is a vast improvement over Bush!

McCain had to pick a woman, because all the men in th eGOP will be crusing the Public Rest Rooms in the Twin Cities airport.

Trying to catch a little of the Larry Craig magic!!

The republican party = perverted closet faggots and adulterers like John (did I mention I was a POW) McCain!

You guys are gonna lose sssoooo bad!!

The war is coming to a close thanks to one person...McCain. He had the guts to get the surge done when at the time it was political suicide. I can't stand Bush either and thankfully he is not running for President. The war was a failure because of the post-invasion execution which McCain had nothing to do with. To think that McCain and Bush are the same people is incredibly lazy on your part.

As an educated person, you know that congress drives economic policy, not the President. Even if McCain was the only one making economic decisions, I will take the guy that encourages job growth over redistribution of wealth (socialism does not work).

Americans do want change. The problem is many voters are just now realizng that Obama's political career was incubated in the garbage pits of Chicago corruption. He could have fought the massive corruption when he was a legisaltor but instead remained silent. For his silent cooperation, the corrupt politicians like Stroger, Emil Jones, the Daleys et. al. have awarded him with money and manpower from their vile ranks.
Palin, on the other hand, seems to have a history of fighting corrupt politicians even if they are one of her own. That's the change I want.
Palin supports teaching creatism in public schools and is against abortion in all cases. That's enough for this woman to not even consider McCain.

Tina, most Americans really don't know who Obama is. Obama rose through the ranks of a vile and corrupt political environment. He was nurtured and cut his teeth in that political cesspool. In other words, he's cut from the same cloth. Birds of the same feather flock together - many of his corrupt cronies went to the Democratic convention. Just read Freddoso's book.

Let's not forget his admitted friendship with Rev. Wright, and worse, Bill Ayers, co-founder of the terrorist group, The Weathermen, which bombed the Pentagon, police stations and other government buildings and killed a man. Ayers publicly said he didn't do enough. Would you call Ayers a friend?
