um well, there just so original, but I have to say the way they're albums keep getting different, I'd have to say Guns N'Roses.

id have to agree with u guys, i think they are great in thier own right,m but i do hear thier influences, like g n r, and pantera.

i can tell that iron maiden has a huge influence syn. anyone who hasnt listend to iron, DL some songs. so im gunna say iron maiden and guns n roses!!!(the bast band ever)

but shadows has said that his influences are metallica, guns n roses, pantera.
im sure maiden can influence the band tho |

the solos in some of the songs remind me of slash from guns n roses, especially the solo in seive the day

i agree when you say there original, and the only reason id say people think they sound like pantera is because they covered "walk" all the solos from avenged sevenfold are unique, and so are slashes, they are influenced by bands like GnR but id say they are nothing like it, some bands are alot similar to each other, like some of Bullets new songs supposably sound abit like metallica, but Mshadows voice is unique and nothing sounds like it thats what makes A7X THE GREATEST! |
