Pop star Ashlee Simpson and her fiance, rocker Pete Wentz, are expecting a child together, US Magazine reported on Monday, just days after the couple announced that they were engaged. via English.eastday.com

Of course they're not going to come right out and say that she is pregnant, her family is too religious and that would mean admitting to pre-marital sex. Of course, we all know they've done it, but I don't think daddy wants it broadcast. Plus she stated she didn't know she'd be getting married right now? Why would they be getting married RIGHT NOW? Why wouldn't they enjoy a long engagement and thorough planning of the big day? Because she's pregnant and daddy doesn't want her to have a 'bastard' child.
