oh hell no.....i am getting 3 furloughs a month and the guhv-in-ator is putting up 50K for these. I sure hope he is paying them out of his own pocket! This makes me mad if he is using state funds when we are billions in the hole. I do not care if it is just a drop in the bucket so is the furlough day as well. arnold......you are a moron

Why not bring in a psychic? It has been a long time since 1984.

I was neighbors with one of the first responders who arrived on the scene. He was never the same. It messed him up what this un sub did to her. Years later I saw him and he had quit his line of work and was an admitted alcoholic, saying he couldn't get what he saw outta his head.
I say we need a profiler involved cuz we know alot more now about perps then we did back then. Sounds to me like a passion killing with sexual overtones (based on what this neighbor told me). This guy is out there still and needs to be found.

25 years ago, the person responsible could be dead already. If the scene was as bad as is being reported, certainly there could be some DNA evidence that could be tested again with the new technology. Judging by the report, the profile assumes the person responsible was between 21-26 which would make them in their 50's now.

Perhaps you would show more compassion, if the murdered child were yours. The 50K has been sitting there since 1984 when the reward was first sponsored. In fact it's probably drawing interest.

So sorry for this family..DNA does wonders now days.
14 years ago my friend was murdered in his home in Oroville and the scum-bag who did it took his body and dumped it somewhere and won't tell, He also killed his 2 dogs. The Gov. never helped with a reward in this case.
Maybe its the same Scum-bag who killed her. He is 50 something now. And has
DNA on file.......
