Yeah, great work Taibibi. Another totally unscientific, ad hominem attack on 9/11 truth. What exactly groundbreaking revelations or new insights into the world does Taibibi present? Nothing. Anybody can write a book that lampoons the fringes of society. This is just lazy, yellow journalism. To compare this dweeb to Hunter S Thompson is a sick joke!!

When Taibibi can explain what happened to the wreckage of the alleged 757 that hit the Pentagon, that is, where is the 60 tons of debris it would have left behind, the massive landing gear, the massive 12 foot engines, the titanium nose cone, the seats, the passengers, etc.. Where the hell is all that stuff??!

Why has no video been released that shows conclusively that a 757 hit the Pentagon? The Pentagon is flanked with hundreds of cameras. Just look at photos of the building and you will see those cameras. The FBI releases four frames of video that actually shows NO PLANE hitting the Pentagon. They proved our case and yet the charade continues!! Call a 9/11 truther crazy because he can see that there is NO FREAKING PLANE in those four frames of video? Call a 9/11 truther crazy because he questions why the FBI is withholding video evidence that if it were released would prove conclusively whether or not a plane hit the Pentagon?

And let's not get onto all of the physical and video evidence that conclusively proves the three WTC towers were brought down by controlled demolition!!

The world has always been awash in information and opinions. The internet may make information more readily accessible but the way in which we filter truth from fiction is no different than it was before the internet.

It's called the scientific method.

Of course, an opinion piece arts major like Taibbi would not be familiar with the scientific method.

I have a few questions though:

1> Why was Dick Cheney in charge of NORAD during the entire day on 9-11 and only 9-11?
2> Why were the NORAD drills taking place that day identical to the real scenarios taking place? What's the probability of that anyway?
2> Why weren't any of the hi-jackers on any passenger lists? Why is there no video of them boarding the aircrafts?
3> Why were the hi-jackers' paper passports "found" in the wreckage when a few of them have been interviewed by BBC since?
4> How did CNN get an interview with Ossama Bin Laden on 9-17-2001 when all of our military and intelligence couldn't find him?
5> Why are there no more videos of the plane that hit the pentagon? One video leaked by the pentagon had the date 9-12-2001 embedded in the frames. Why?
6> All videos of the airplanes hitting WTC1 and WTC2 show a flash of light or explosion in front of the aircraft before impacting. Why?
7> Why did WTC3 collapse?
8> Why was there molten steel found at the ground in all three of the collapsed buildings?
