Hannibal was my favorite movie by far of the three that were made. I also read the book several times as well. But I have to admit that I was very disapointed that Hollywood changed the ending of Hannibal. I was wondering if anybody else read the book (Hannibal)as well as seeing the movie, and was also not happy with the new ending that hollywood gave it. If so I would love to hear your comments on this. Because to me the ending in the book made perfect sense that Dr.Hannibal Lecter and Clarice would wind up together as a couple. The character Clarice Starling may not have wanted to admit it, but Dr.Lecter and her actually had much in common. They just went about it in different ways. Clarice inside the law and Dr.Lecter outside of the law.

it wouldnt have been good for them to get together because she is a cop he is a muderer! at least now they leave it open for another to be made! i like the ending of the movie and i think that its true what ridley scott says that he is going to barney after he takes off his own hand! i think that the books engind wasnt as good as the movies
