New trial begins after overturn

Isn't it strange that a murdering low life like O.J. Simpson was let go by a jury stacked with blacks? Were the whites in the jury pool discriminated against? This dirtbag is a murdering street type and should do every minute of the 15 years because that is a small price to pay for murder.

Ok let me get this right. Ok your saying he gets a new trial because a black woman was let go. but during the jury selection dont both lawyers have a say?? I think Tyson's lawyer had this planned from the beginning because he knew his client wasnt gonna get off. Even if Anthony did call him the N word thats no reason to take someones life. and Tyson and his friends fallowed him home and the hole time saying stuff to him. I believe the jury did discriminate because he is black and knew there would be an argument. The commonwealth of Massachusetts is all screwed up. I mean come on now you get skinners going into the court house for raping 5 year olds and they get let go but a drug dealer gets 9-12 for selling drugs to someone that wanted them????? My children went to school with both of these boys but were not friends with either. They both had been in trouble with the law and they both were involved in gangs. Anthony was a white supremecist while Tyson was affiliated with another gang. They both had previous run ins with each other and both were known to carry knives. It is unfortunate that this happened but how was Tyson supposed to know that his life was not in danger?

I can clearly see that you are NOT in the know. First of all Anthony did not belong to a gang. He was NOT a white supremecist and was never in trouble with the law, Anthony did everything to avoid tyson. He wouldn't even walk to his friends house after he and a friend were attacked by Tysons gang. I drove him or he took a cab, Anthony lived under a constant threat, he knew Tyson wanted to kill him,Anthony did not even look his way when tyson said "there's Hopkins, lets fuck with him" Tony ran home franticly trying to unlock the door to his house but dropped the key under the steps.Interesting that tysons friend carried his knife handing it to tyson when he had him down,Anthony was murdered in his own yard.Please verify your information, its wrong. this murder was premeditated for 4 years,He should get torture then the death penalty.He is one of the most evil scociopaths that ever exsisted.

Anthony knew his life was in danger for more than 4 years.Tyson had made several attempts on his life. Can you imagine what Anthony felt like as he franticly tried to get home while being persued by this low life psychopathic beast. Anthony feared Tyson to the point where he would tell me he fell when he came home with a black and blue face. Tyson had been stalking Anthony since he was 14. Even making an attempt on school grounds. stopped by a teached.That was the only time Anthony said anything about what was going on. I went to Taconic the next morning to speak with the "higher ups". When Anthony saw me come into the building (I did not tell him I was planning to "visit")he looked at me ,eyes as big as saucers "what are you doing here"?he asked. before I could answer he remembered what he told me and said "It was a lie, please don't it was all a lie"I told him something had to be done. he leaned against the wall, put his face in his hands saying "For sure he will kill me now" He lived with this since age 14, He was a good kid, None of the things you seem to know so much about,Please check out your info before posting.

I see the same letter posted four times, Why? When someone has to say the same thing over and over its pretty clear they are trying to convince themselves. Anthony was a smart kid but he would not have even known what a "White Supremisist" was.How would you feel if you saw your child murdered in his own yard,Helpless? What do you think it would do to your other kid? Anthonys young sister and 5 year old brother were there.Can you imagine the Aftermath? Thank God somebody finally standing up for Anthony.He was a good kid,everybody that lives in the nieghborhood and worked with him know this.I know the pain that Terri and Jeff go through every day.I don't know the pain but I do know how it have affected there lifes.Terri is sad all the time and jeff just isn't what he use to be.They are good people and good parents.They have gone through so much and to put them through this again is unfair. tyson was a puck and should be in prison for the rest of his life.I am so sorry Terri and Jeff.God be with you.
