dear, dear annette. it must be most gratifying to read the adoration in all these messages you receive. i am 60 and like many boys i was hopelessly in love with you. oh gosh i carried your picture in my wallet and of course never told anyone about it! such innocence. such bliss. as all of you out there know when the name was mentioned annette in the late 50's it could only be THE annette. what an effect you had on a nation my dear. i look at all the exhibitionism displayed by young female teens and i laugh. none of them can evoke the primordial emotion of a young man like you could with just a look! i know i am gushing but you were something special annette. we have not seen the likes of you for over a half a century. what an accolade dear lady. i am sorry for your ill health but the lord will do with you what he will. looking forward to meeting you up there because i have a million questions to ask you. i know get in line!

When I was a young teen I use to never miss the Mickey Mouse club looking for that dark haired beauty that captured my teenage heart. Followed your career all my life. Loved you then, now, and always. God Bless you and your family.

God Bless You, to one of the most admired woman I know.I would rush home from school just to see THE MOUSEKTEERS and I would dance the intro, do the roll call and hope Annette would be the featured "Mouse" for the day.I can only wish you the best and let know you made a big difference in many little girl's morals, you did. Love and Prayers,Susan
