Annette, As a child I remember you best as the girl next door on the Mickey Mouse Club. As a young man I often thought of you as the women I would most like to take care of. Your Strength has been an inspiration.
Now, as an adult,I wish you, comfort, peace and that God will someday take you in his arms and provide you with all you had as a child.
You'll always be America's sweetheart in my mind and heart.

My favorite song by Annette Funicello is PINEAPPLE PRINCESS- I couldn't wait to get off school bus and watch Mousketeers-For a long time I wanted to be her. I would love a copy of her book-but is difficult to find one. I pray for her and her family to be lifted up in God's loving hands .

I grew up in Malaysia watching your movies on Saturdays.You are such a charming lady and we will always remember you.I was in Los Angeles last week and I met the widow of Doug McClure (Trampass of The VIRGINIAN) We talked about your movies and the one with Frankie Avalon.

I use to wish that I was Frankie Avalon in those beach movies. There was Elizabet Taylor she was to old There was Natalie Wood she was to old. then came amousekete name annette wow. When I was a young man growing up in Forest Hills Queens I was almost the only gentile in a jewish naborhood that was special. Oh by the way my favorite song was first name initial.
