For his attorney to say the photo of him at the gay pride parade was the "catalyst for his prosecution" is utterly ridiculous! What in the world does that have to do with it? This case isn't about his ethnicity or sexual orientation. It's about drugs he prescribed to Anna. If he is innocent of any wrong doing as he claims, the evidence will vindicate him. However, him having to resort to this ridiculous claim just tells me the evidence is going to be very strong against him and the others. JMO
