I agree. I'll post about the cases, but I won't join their little smear campaign. I understand that a jury will be picked on May 5th in South Carolina. I don't think they're ready for that yet.

Oddly over on the Harris County website under Court Costs it still shows that the last filing by Nancy Hamilton as still being due, not paid yet. The one filed on 4/28/2010.

Maybe the site just hasn't caught up that part yet.

I still wonder when the judge will hear Garafalo's filed motion to dismiss all charges against Kapoor.

Off TOPIC a bit, but interesting.

As we heard at one time due to Wood using the case as an excuse for why he couldn't make it to the hearing on his own attempt at recusing the Judge, which he had no evidence to support, he claimed he was busy with the King case. Here is information and a document seeming to show that case is fully over thanks to the Court.

I wish there was a way to handle the troll problem as well.

I haven't heard anything more on the Kapoor issue. I wonder why they didn't try to handle their claims at the preliminary hearing? One would think that would have been the time to do that. The Judge of the preliminary hearing already found there was enough evidence to proceed.

I often wonder if Seidlin lives with regret....for giving the body of the deceased to a stranger when she had a living adult next of kin 15 feet from him?

I agree Anna and Daniel being buried together is right.....but how do you stretch the law to fit your personal opinion when you're wearing a black robe?

Wow...well, I will not buy it but definitely will read it. Impossible to comment on something you have not read (as we've discussed many times regarding Rita's book)...but I will definitely check for it at the library when it's available.
