The RT posters do not dislike Lucky. People (VAS) twist things and get her upset, they do it on purpose.

This thread would be great if decent people like TB, Febbie, DLSGMA, Flowerz, Lucky, Tialicious, and a few others would just post.

If the Arthur lovers and McCabe blind followers would just stay away and quit diverting the subject to Lucky everyday with their constant bashing and lies.

Do with this thread what you like, just thought it was worth a try.

Here's an idea, since Lucky and Co don't discuss the cases anyway and they can't play nice with the other posters, why don't they go find a different more appropriate site to post on? This is the ANS forum, not the 'Inane Off-Topic Chatter' forum.

If they moved their little act down the road, it would solve all the problems for everyone, ya know?

I see no reason why anyone should give Lucky the courtesy of staying off this thread, do you know how many "Lucky Free" threads she has invaded and destroyed?

Who else thinks it was a ploy by Texas via waddles to have a person write *legal-liason*? I thought the exh filed with Sterns filing were very telling and made the case for the judge. If this was done on purpose then Texas had this *brilliant plan* for sometime before they filed this suit. Maybe right about the time Stern opened up the FL suit against O'Quinn. Leverage - or so they thought. JMO

This Truth or Dare person is most likely a VAS.

I would love to discuss the cases: Both Houston and California if it is okay with others.

Since Monday, it seems more people have attacked Lucky: that's very sick and punishing.

I have yet to see, 10,20 or 30 posts or emails turned in that show a conspiracy to defame? Why not? Where's the evidence? There is no telling how far back any collusion, if any with Arthur's attorneys and any blogs go back although I do believe it was revenge for suing O'Quinn.

I think that we can all truly understand how the 'mechanism' of the chilling effect works.

It is a doctrine from hell. Shut down the media, shut down the forums, shut down the legal team, shut down bloggers and destroy all of their lives simply because they could not tolerate the truth be known.

I'd like to check the latest motions to see where things are standing in Texas.

It was only used as a tool of intimidation.

Goes to vividly show the vexatious nature of VA/McCabe with their whining to the 1st COA versus HKS’s ability to read accurately the 1st COA Opinion and properly express himself to the HC Court. VA filing a separate ‘Breach of Contract’ lawsuit is the definition of vexatious – even Judge Lindsay told McCabe way back that the Rule 11 agreement had expired.

Have you read the Jury questionnaire for the criminal trial in CA? It contains the witness list as currently envisioned. Clark/Wilma will be torn to pieces and their fabrications and undue influence with JB and Santiago expounded upon fully by eyewitnesses FS, G. Ben and the baby Thompsons among others. The Jury will hear first-hand what the sources of the ludicrous, sick and twisted notions of motive are.

Good questions Inception - I was surprised how well that newer lawyer wrote up Stern's filing. It was clear after reading it the Texas firm had said that it was Stern who persononally got in the way of Arthur getting close to Anna's child. There is no proof I can see at all to prove that - no cases in Texas to tie Stern to that would be held up by Texas laws to have jurisdiction on him.

The latest hearing that I am looking forward to finding out results is the one with all of the different topics on august 6! Less than 10 days away - if this judge will rule one way or the other immediately would help the defendants to quit spending money and time defending against false charges.

California case could go a multitude of ways depending on the jury and how much truth the defendants lawyers can get from the hostile witnesses like Clark.

I don't know if that is the case about TMZ - it's summer - people are busy - everyone is getting tired of McCabe killing trees and costing people money. I never knew any topix posters that didn't type insults to only swim in the ocean poster - why would anyone want that there? JMO

I do think the real motives from all of the people Texas got involved with will come out in California and in South Carolina.

Jurors will not like people who plot to harm others - and there was no plotting to harm Arthur because she never had or was able to have by law anything she wanted. JMO

That is TRUE about tmz now. IMO, someone was having swims withdrawal. I thought I'd help yall out to let you know his is posting today which is rare these days.
It's funny that scoured all the boards, but needed Swims to give the list of witnesses which he didn't give proper credit for.

The baby Thompsons are likely more hostile than FS/G. Ben. The latter two realize how SB and the TX cabal dragged them unknowingly into a civil conspiracy. All of their depos have ‘spoken’ to the facts of their anticipated testimony if called for the criminal trial in CA. I say the baby Thompsons because their Answer in the SC goes to great length to say they believed they had the legal position to loot ‘Horizons’ after ANS died, are not part of any conspiracy with anyone and gave all the stuff they took to FS anyway.

A Federal Judge ruled in FL that Clark/Wilma have no protection for material they provided to or related the substance of with Third-Parties such as Cosby and internet blogs/chats. Their depositions also speak to the substance of what HKS/K/E need to slam the prosecution. It would not be surprising to see McCabe once again try to muck up the works but people subpoenaed to a criminal trial are going to appear.

~~this is why it will be the South Carolina trial which exposes many of the culprits who have done wrong. JMO
