Second of all, she wasn't found dead in a hotel room, she just happened to faint in a hotel lobby.

And come on. The father of her child? I don't think so. She may have been fucked up, but I doubt she was fucking her son.

The problem I have with Anna getting pregnant wit Marshall's sperm is why wait so long if she really had that sperm? Having that sperm and the baby being Marshalls would definately guarantee the inheritence or at least half.

They say Anna had been wanting another child since 2001, and even was buying some baby clothes. Marshall sperm would have been the trump card so to speak.

I definately will be glad when the father is named. This DNA should have been done months ago.

I really have been keeping up with all the Anna Nicole info, Daniel was not cremated, for all you posting and curious you should know that he was buried in the Bahamas and there was a fight over where Anna should be buried. Her mother wanted he returned to Texas where she grew up as Vicki Lynn.
She ended up getting laid to rest by her son.
As far as Daniel being the dad, I have heard worse but really believe Larry Birkhead is the dad.
It was when he said he was the dad that all the sudden everyone else including Howard said he was the dad. Yes, he may have been with her all along but Larry probably would have as well given the chance!
