High court will reconsider Anna Nicole Smith case

I feel vrry sad about how Anna Nicole Smith was allowed to exploit herself and be exploited; but it was wrong that Mr. Marshall's family was completely cut out; disinhereted.

...the only thing I want is justice. I want stern to pay for a double homicide of her and her son so he would get the money. It's so obvious he killed them both.

Now death row inmates aren't being killed because the only company that makes the seditive drug can't get the ingredients. Execusions all over are being put on hold....WTF sounds like a political move. Try a single cheap .22 bullet to the head. It works just fine.

Anna Nicole was a gold digger.However,90 years old or not;the old boy knew what he was doing(or attempting to do).He met one of the previous wives in a tittie bar.She should have got at least half of the estate.

Let me tell you, if I was 96, and looking at my stunning hot wife, walking around naked in my house, on high heels, with a glass of champagne
in one hand, and 2 Viagras in the other, I'd leave her all my fortune too!! All that stress, fighting for what was rightfully her's, for what 5 years, and then her only young son dying, with no one to force her to go to rehab, or in some sanitorium, anyone should be ashamed, to rob her only young
daughter's inheritance, even if it is to deny her already dead 96 year young, husband's greedy brother' relatives portions of the $1.6 billions
estate, which has probably been fritted away in probate/legal fees anyhow!!

Oh I'm sorry I think my mistake! It was her 96 years young husband's contesting the $1.6 billions estate son who has since passed away, not his brother! As an aside, I guess that Texas is not one of our few 4 or 5 States, like California, whence it's legal to directly or undirectly [neferiously changing a living-will trust beneficiaries] disinherit one's children! So be careful, when you sign a living-will trust, it's an 'unrevokable' one!!

Clarification/Correction of my #7/#9 posts: Because an error, is a mistake which remains uncorrected, it could be the converse, that most 50 States, but 4 or 5 legally allow children beneficiaries to be disinherited, or left out of a will! Unless the Law has changed/evolved, check with your Probate Law Attorney.
