Perry said he already understood the prosecution's argument about a doctor-patient relationship being "blurred," and he suggested prosecutors did not need the pictures to bolster their case.

The judge said prosecutors have "put on a rather compelling case of excessive prescribing" by Eroshevich

Good morning everyone, and thanks for the clean thread DD's. I would suggest that to keep it clean that ANYONE with an agenda to disrupt the board be strictly ignored. IYKWIM.

It would be nice if the prosecution had published a list of those slated to give testimony (for our convenience, of course):-)

Very good they are not off today. Keep this rolling so it will be done soon enough. Then the focus can be on the real backbone of all this, the SC case.

The SC case is one of the least important cases in this whole thing. Nothing in it will change anything in the criminal case in CA against HKS and the doctors, no matter how much some may wish otherwise.

If the evidence was not going to be allowed in, it would not be allowed in at the preliminary hearing either. It appears from reports that the evidence from the computers and other such things have already been allowed in at the preliminary hearing.

The criminal case is the most important case.

Barth wears a T-shirt to court, how tacky. Can't she afford some appropriate clothing? Makes you wonder if Howie stiffing her on the bill too.

Yes, one email already admitted. Should be an interesting day. Fanciulla and I were talking last night and both of us think they will swing it back around to howie. I'm sure a little of the doctors tossed in too.

I hope Steven Mikulan reports again. He always tosses in something interesting the others don't report.

I disagree. The SC case will bring all the rest down to the ground. It will end up being the most important of all when over, said and done. Wasnt there some sort of in camera or something that the Judge has already seen regarding this info?

Lucky, I fail to see why you think SC is the main case? Last I heard and read, the SC guys did not provide Anna w/ the drugs that killed her. Just the Dr's and stern.

Good Morning DDs.

Hope the preliminary hearing does wrap up this week. I will be gone next week and will likely not have access to a computer that I can use to check in, unless I get lucky. LOL

Surely you have something better than that to chat about instead of trashing and dogging a lawyer again with dress code. Those are not tee shirts. Its a shirt that is to be worn under a jacket with built in bra. It is a called "shell".

Whatever it is, it is inappropriate attire for a lawyer in a courtroom. But then again IMO she has acted inappropriately throughout this whole trial in and out of the courtroom. She also looks like she's had a little work done in that area.

Well in that case, I hope they do to. It would be really nice for you to have a answer before you have to go. According to some, the defense is going to sit down and pass so you have a good chance.

Guess you better read again or watch the old shows. They did give her drugs and their nannies did to. Remember how they kept things from the garbage of hers too? What a fine group.

The docs will be dealt with in the court of law going on right now. Im reading new docs.

From what was reported prior to the start of the hearing it definitely sounds like the defense won't be putting on any case at the preliminary hearing. The only one that left that possibility at all open, from the reports, was Stern's. Although even he made it sound like they likely wouldn't.

I thought the same thing. Still trashy but she doesn't seem to care or know the difference. Can we say .. trying to hard to be Anna's replacement!

I agree SheStone. That is certainly the impression I got from ther pre-prelim' comments. Pretty much that they concede there will be a trial and will hold back til then. Which makes absolutely NO sense to me at all. If they have the "smoking gun"...or the "rough landing" we keep hearing about..lol...why not put it on to avoid trial? Guess maybe they DON'T?????? Ya think?
