Since 'Rose' may not be able to fulfill her part of the settlement agreement, they are renegotiating a new settlement agreement.

I also do want to note that it did say for "other reasons" which they don't specifically discuss in the document, but that it is both parties that have found it to "their individual interests to regard the June 2009 settlement agreement to be no longer operative, and they are engaged in reopened negotiations with an eye toward settlement."

Over at QV's in her shout box I asked her if there was anything new she responded:
