I've never done drugs, but I'll be damned if I'm wasting, my productive life over a money grubbing loser like Anna Nicole Smith. She is a product of a sick quick-enrich culture that has forgotten good old american virtues of hard work and honesty. That she is being used by Jerry Brown to further his own political gains is even more sickening. There are thousands of worse cases he should be going after. I just may vote for Whitman, thats how disgusted I am over Jerry Brown on this issue.

Anna is dead from all the drugs that Stern, through the doctors, provided to her.

You should blame her lawyers for the get rich quick scheme, because even after her death, they were trying to plunder the Marshall's fortune.

It is a good idea not to waste your "productive life over a money grubbing loser like" Stern and all of the lawyers who invested over a decade unsuccessfully litigating in court all over the country in an attempt to loot Pierce Marshall's inheritance.
Some of them wasted money, time and energy to achieve the same end results; the original Texas ruling stands and take precedent over any other legal maneuver that was attempted to rob Pierce's wife and his children's estate.

As for Jerry Brown, he doesn't need to "further his career" he already have a very successful political career, feel free to vote for whomever you see fit.

It IS interesting, though, to hear comments from people that (I assume) haven't followed this case from the beginning.

But I'd also like to add that the comments about Anna are pretty much what I hear from the people in my life that haven't followed this since Daniel died.
