This is a BS questionairre, how about the 4th Amendment, say I admit I smoke Alpo in a bong? Am I not admitting a crime, or I take Dilaudid when I get a cramp, or eat Asprin like Milk bones? Huh...Anna was a big girl.....she dies doing what she could not stop herself from, it is like me going to a fire hydrant, I just cannot resisit....and heII I am Lassie gosh darn it....

What's this going to prove?

The case is about the conspiracy to illegal procure and administer prescription drugs to a known addict.

It will prove whether they broke the law in conspiring together and illegally obtaining prescription drugs and administering them then to a known addict with no legitimate medical reason.

Look into the charges. There are many overt acts.

Some of the things we know from the preliminary hearing.

Anna Nicole Smith (Vickie Lynn Marshall) was a known addict who had been previously in rehab and had prior overdoses.

Prescription drugs were procured in false names as well as other people's real names but for ANS. Including some of the last drugs which killed her that were in the name of Howard K. Stern.

Howard K. Stern, Eroshevich, and Kapoor were all warned by more than one pharmacist about the potential dangers of the various drugs. One that refused to fill the one list of drugs referring to it as "pharmaceutical suicide" contacted Stern to have Eroshevich get in touch with another Doctor the pharmist had contacted about the dangers of the amount and combination of drugs they were asking for. Eroshevich talked to that Doctor and he informed her that the drugs were dangerous and that ANS needed to be in a hospital.

They then changed the names on the prescription and got those drugs anyway. A few months later ANS is dead from the drugs.

Eroshevich and Stern would pick up the prescriptions and take them to the Bahamas to give to ANS.

Stern would inject ANS with drugs after disolving and heating them in a spoon. He would also make sure she took her medication and at times when she was reluctant to take them he would talk her into taking them.

Kapoor had one medical file on ANS at his lawyers office but when a search warrant was served on his residence during the search they found another medical file hidden in his house for ANS that didn't match the information in the medical file at his attorneys office that he handed over. There was also a hidden medical file on Daniel Smith at Kapoor's house.

I didn't post any libel. I stated that "Some of the things we know from the preliminary hearing." I didn't state they were proven facts.

What I wrote are all things we learned from the preliminary hearing.

Now on the other hand you may very well be posting libelous and defamatory comments.

Why waste California taxpayers money on a dead junky? This is legal grandstanding by prosecutors who waste tax dollars and jurors time for their own ego. Where were these people when Smith had her TV show and was out of control on drugs? I guess old man Jerry Brown is behind this and lets hope the old clown isn't elected again. California can better use the taxes from these individuals rather than putting them in jail at taxpayers expense.

So you think that when people break the law shouldn't be prosecuted? Instead they should be taxed more, is that it?

I agree something should have been done sooner to prosecute the illegal activities then maybe ANS would still be alive. It doesn't change the truth that if people are breaking the law they should be prosecuted for their crimes.

Illegal prescription drug activities are a very big problem and those who are breaking the law should be prosecuted.

Careful there? Moe made those statements under oath, they make part of a court record. You are the one who has to be careful about the allegations about Moe being paid by Texas to make those statements during his testimony at the preliminary hearing. You have absolutely nothing to back up your allegations, which, by the way, are libelous.

Moe just repeated what he has been saying for years. Not very long after Anna died, he made the same statements to the media. Did you forget about that fact?

Wow. Repeating something that was said under oath is not defamation. However, your assertion that Moe perjured himself for money certainly is. Where is your proof that Moe was paid a dime? I is obviously a Jerry Brown effort, he has always been a failure, I meanwhile ripped off Ebay for over a million in personal benefits listening to my broker, hey think with CA I could make another Billion, maybe, please let me buy, I mean elect ME & I can get myself out of this mess....

I got 3 minutes on line, whoosh I wold like to examine all the evidence in this case, particualry the evil drugs to be sure they are as said. I can be found @ county for the next few days, then @ Howard K. Stern's Rx & Manipularium....

Where was Stern when Anna had her TV show and was out of control on drugs? At the pharmacy getting her more?

What??? WHAT?? The judge is going to make prospective jurors disclose thier medical past? THAT is a violation of HIPPA and probably several laws, I am in floored by this, insane!
