I suppose we should add here a list about Stern 'administering drugs'.
I think the witnesses for that will be Gina, Birkhead, Pol and Patrik and Moe. Those are the ones I remember swearing under oath they saw Howard administer drugs and shots to Anna.

DDs, did Birkhead change his story in the prelim?
Seems like he said ANS took the meds, not that HKS gave them to her.

I'd have to go back to find the prelim articles.

Ok...I'm a broken record---but he certainly said he gave them to her in the hospital! I SO hope that comes up at trial and he must explain himself and his change of "heart"

I will have to recheck his prelim testimony on exactly how the question / answer were worded. I would think for the trial this time, the prosecution will be more clear on the questions. Perry had asked at the prelim if LB ever saw anyone 'force' drugs on her. But that obviously is not the same as asking if he ever saw stern ADMINISTER drugs to her.

During the Florida proceedings, Birkhead said that Stern, on top of the drugs that the hospital was administering to Anna, was giving her drugs from a duffel bag, but after Barth asked him a leading question, he rephrased his statement, and said that both of them, Stern and Anna were doing it, supposedly they were taking turns in reaching inside the bag and opening the bottles.

yep. Seidlin the clown tried to stop him too.

A It happened multiple times, so I guess he did and she did both, and I witnessed both.

I remember this now and how he mentioned all the drugs, but thought he tried to steer from the "giving' part.
