Yes, but don't know if it's a real offer or not. Maybe they are testing the waters. The guy said he made the offer after the reporter said Baez had not heard of him.

She was on TMZ recently and speaking about the Caylee case, but at the same time said it was illegal what the Goldman's did to her in gaining rights to the book and that OJ had confessed in a four hour interview. Don't know if it's true or not. They were both trying to make money on that book.
What do you think happened in the Caylee case?

I did not hear about her speaking about the Caylee case on TMZ but imo the Goldman's had every right to go after any means that OJ could have profited. The reason he moved to Florida was because Fla. doesn't recognize or enforce civil judgements from other states imo.

I agree with so many here that do not think Caylee received any justice and I look forward to discussing that.

How sad is that.....Does anyone really believe that money will make that girl tell the truth? I guess she has a right to sell any story she wants to. But I have the right to not watch it and to boycott anything associated with it. If I had my wish, people would line up on the street during her release, and simply turn their backs on her. She craves attention and the worst thing that she can endure is to be ignored.

I cannot see how anyone can defend such people like these two. I am almost positive IMO that if Casey Anthony was sued in a civil trial that she would loose and I still wish that can happen somehow. More answers would come out too I think in a civil trial as to what really happened to her daughter.

All the info on Baez, his trip abroad while owing money, owing 12000 child support back years ago. It still isn't confirmed that his wife or girlfriend is pregnant. If that was her at the airport, umm she is not pregnant. He also lied on his website about his work in the public defenders office, exaggerrated it and after the public defenders' office spoke out, he deleted that from his website.

I think the hearing has now changed to 8AM in the morning. I think the response says she will plead the 5th while appealing the lying verdicts. IIRC, her own lawyer in court said she was a pathalogical liar.

I'm curious as to how Casey can assert her 5th amendment right if she can't be tried again for the death of the child. That makes no sense. She can't incriminate herself because she can't be charged criminally. She has already be acquitted.
