In that (referring to ANS/Stern's Cross-Appeal) they even appealed the District Court’s denial of their motion to alter or amend the judgment, which was actually their first attempt to get the $88 million increased. I don’t have a link to their motion but I do have a link to the District Court’s denial in which he goes over what they wanted. I posted links to documents previously showing that was done. Now I have posted a link to their actual opening brief of that appeal. Hope this finally clears it up for you. JMO The End of my repost. I posted a link to the actual document of ANS/Stern's appeal of the District Court decision before it was overturned by the 9th Circuit, yet you still won't admit the truth. The facts show that I was correct and that you were wrong. I'm not twisting anything. You are the one who is twisting and trying to deflect. You are also the one showing just how biased you truly are that even in the face of facts showing your wrong you still won't admit it. People who read here can judge for themselves. JMO

It came out in the trial in Houston that Mr. Marshall NEVER put her in his will, despite ALL of her attempts to get him to, HIS CLEAR INTENT WAS FOR HER NOT TO BE IN HIS WILL. PERIOD! I greatly ADMIRE the resolute stand of the Marshall family against grifter ANNA, who would rather spend lawyers fees than give the woman that married him, ONLY TO GET HIS MONEY, one cent. Mr. Marshall EARNED that money, and he would no doubt be rolling over in his grave to see the even WORSE THAN ANNA creep Howard K. Stern spend YEARS of his life trying to get his mitts on this. Danielynn is JERKHEAD'S KID, not Marshall's. GET A JOB JERKHEAD, other than selling the tabloids photos of your EXPLOITED CHILD, and SUPPORT YOUR OWN KID.

Anna ruined her life believing $tern's lies that he would get her the money that her husband EXPRESSLY DENIED her from getting. He counted on a settlement, and the disgusted family refused. She just stayed stoned, waiting for her payday to come, and it won't, nor will $tern's and Jerkheads. THANK YOU Marshall Family and Houston jury, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and The Supreme Court.
