the bouncer made the claim 2 years ago, dimwit...
seeings how there are felony charges against (the well named) dick for the event in question, i think the bouncer showed a lot of discretion...he COULD have knocked that talentless pos into a different time zone when it happened, but chose to use the legal system instead...

bravo!

btw, i'm certain that if the lawsuit was against rush limbaugh, you'd have totally different feelings.
