'Phantom of Manhattan' planned

“There are various things in the plotting that I'm not very happy with and I think I have solved them. I hope we can sort them out but I'm really pretty buzzed up about it.”

Manhattan? How do they all end up in America? That's a bit odd!
It can never be as good as the original [no offense to Forsyth or 'his Webberness'] but I'm sure Andrew will make it spectacular all the same!!!

NO! NO!! NO!!! There cannot be a sequel. Phantom of the Opera is a very significant piece that should be left alone, which means no sequels. It will ruin the whole purpose, the facination, the emotion. I am a true Phantom Phan however, the sequel should not be done. I think it is a conspiracy to get the original play out of the theatre. HOW APPALLING!!!!!!

Please. Don't. Do this. Please don't make another Phantom! It doesn't need a sequel!! Why would it need a sequel!!?

It's beautiful that the Phantom let her go, because he LOVES HER!! He would never go after her. It doesn't make any sense. Please no!!

I think its a rubbish idea becoz the book and the musical is good enough without a sequel to ruin its story. And anyway how do they end up in America?
But I think it was very bold idea but the author would have a lot of critisisms
