Silverstone Appears Nude in PETA Ad
HOUSTON - An animal rights group says Alicia Silverstone appears naked in a television ad promoting vegetarianism that was to debut Wednesday in Houston.

I applaud her devotion. Being a vegetarian requires so much commitment, let alone being Vegan. But the health benefits speak for itself--

Her heart is in the right place, but her brain should've directed her toward campaigning for making better food choices all around. There are plenty of fat vegetarians. PETA is hardly the group to align yourself with if you want to get your everyday red-stater to listen to you. She should've considered working with the Texas state health department - an organization that is fighting a losing battle to get people to change their eating and exercise behaviors.

This is so sick. If you believe in something like animals rights and be a vegetarian you don't have to exposed yourself like this. This is very low for this girl. I think that she wants attention from the media.

I just saw the commercial online...its pointless. she gets out of a pool naked. big deal. she's crawling on the ground naked...its like the paris hilton burger kind commercial, completely stupid. it has NOTHING to do with being a vegetarian.

Oh my yes. Nudity is such a positive statement. It says worlds, doesn't it? Kinda like, look at me! Hire me! Give me an acting (Even though no one pays attention to the fact Silverstone's a looker, not an actress.) job! It's all attention, no wonder she volunteered. |
