The food at the lunch buffet is not an "opportunity to experience a broad sampling of the restaurant's menu." With the exception of the desert, none of the regular items at the buffet appear on the dinner menu. I do agree that some of the items on the dinner menu are strikingly bad, and that can sting considering how high the prices are. But every time I think I've found a complete loser on the menu, I soon overhear another customer singing its praises. Part of going to a restaurant with choices other than the standard "steak, pasta, chicken fingers" is figuring out which of the "strange, new" dishes you like. I very much like the Indian Chickpea dish, the potstickers over seaweed, and the plantain chips.

That restaurants looks nice from the pictures. Do they use organic ingredients in their food? I didn't notice that article mention anything about it.
