Sucks about Michael Jackson...his life here on earth was hell ever since he was wrongly accused by that punk-ass kid and his parents. They crushed his spirit and he never recovered from the public humiliation. He had so much back pain...took pain killers too frequently...probably an unwanted addiction nonetheless...can and has happended to MANY people in this world!!!..He needed it to get on with his upcoming shows in London...that's my prediction but I guess we won't know all the facts till the final toxicology reports come back. I think it was an accidental overdose. I know he didn't want to die. I believe it was an awful accident and he did it to himself. So very sad. Such a talented, gifted guy with so much baggage in his life...and he died broke. Thanks to the greedy doctors who should have REFUSED to give him such strong painkillers WITHOUT a legal prescription!!! If they really cared about him (as people in the medical profession are supposed to) they would have refused to provide him with such deadly, lethal doses, etc.!

He had it all then lost it all and tried to regain it back by doing this upcoming tour. His body was just too fragile. He had what it took to run through the rehearsals even two or three days before his death but behind the scenes he had no hope..nothing but physical, emotional pain deep down to his soul....notice how angry he looks in his most beloved photographs? A tormented soul....I pray he is at peace now...he so deserves it...RIP Michael....and I didn't even favor his music and I still believe his life and weirdness was born mostly thanks to a heartless, cruel media he was desperately trying to stay one step ahead of...those who tried to take his last dime (false accusers, greedy doctors and paparazzi) AND all the OTHER media who taunted him will surely ROT IN HELL!!
People need to take a good look in the mirror before they start judging people merely by their outward antics....how's YOUR heart condition of late? Michael's heart was HUGE, harmless and well-intentioned ...it's always easier to focus on the "issues" of others (Michael's desire to look Caucasian) than it is to look at our own weaknesses....shame on many Americans and shame on YOU who judged him so relentlessly! We are ALL SINNERS saved by grace...go figure that one out in your spare time!

Rebecca you no doubt feel the pain and humiliation Michael suffered but stop blaming those around him during his adult life. No doubt there were the leeches and those with an agenda of their own. As adults we have the power to set boundaries and create healthy relationships!

Michael was already "not normal" due to the abuse and humiliation he experienced and confessed to the world from his own father. His mother was helpless to save him from the beatings (sexual abuse?). Instead of having the freedom to live like a child, he was FORCED to work work work to make money for Joe his cold hearted father.

Did you hear his father's initial comment about Micheal's death? He did not express sadness and horror over losing a son, instead he commented on a "performer" "the Kind of Pop!" The wheels in his brain are likely turning trying to think of how he can make a fortune from his son's demise.

The abuse started MUCH MUCH MUCH earlier than you stated. Of course all those other things piled on top, but Micheal was trained to please others. He tried to recapture his own childhood in very inappropriate ways with other children (a grown man sleeping in a bed with other's children is NOT normal nor acceptable). I do believe Geraldo finally got Michael to understand why people would "judge" his proclivity to share his bed with young boys. Someone had to point out the obvious to the man-child Michael Jackson. He was charitable towards children, I truly believe he was attracted to children because of their purity and because children are more honest more often than not than adults.

He was warned by those around him, lawyers, family, friends, nutritionist to stay off of dangerous drugs. He chose to do otherwise. Even Lisa Marie said Michael told her he would die like her father did, drug overdose. He knew.

I beleive Michael could have overcome a lot of his troubles if he had only gotton treatment for the abuse from his father, I think his father is a complete jerk and your right he is more than likely trying to find a way to make money off of Michael mis-fortune how sad is that? Did he even love his son? I was just thinking about the movie the ROSE, maybe he saw this as the only way out. After all he did say he would go out just like Elvis meaning? Well for years many people including myself never beleived that Elvis actually died at that time, a little more plastic surgury a new Identity, a different country. Could this be possible.

I think that Michael died from a broken heart. Things might have finally got to him and it was too much for him to handle. His father is something else, he looks like a total Di**! I don't think his father really ever cared about Michael he only cared about money. I still can't believe that MJ is dead :.(

Geez, Michael was a grown man, famous and filthy rich. Whatever happened in his childhood, didn't seem to be the problem people claim until later on in life. His asexualism and fondness for children was who he has always been and most likely would have been without his dad. Michael may have been kind, loving and charitable, but there was also something very dark and deceptive about him too. The public wasn't responsible for Michaels death. Michael was extremely wealthy and could have and needed to seek professional help, but he refused and insisted nothing was wrong. Even his family tried to help him and warned him but he refused their advice and help. You can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. Michael certainly needed professional help but refused it. He acted like a child in so many ways, that it's too bad he couldn't have been forced to seek help. All of the doctors who were also friends and close confidantes of Michael were paid plenty by him and contributed to Michaels's demise by administering drugs they knew were illegal to give under those particular circumstances. They should be charged accordingly.
