I am not sure newspapers should endorse any candidate. I already get the Daily News instead of the Left Angeles Times specifically because I do not want to hear their slanted “reporting.” Reading about endorsements based on logic or values I do not agree with will affect where I spend my subscription money. But speaking of reporting, this is what a newspaper should be doing, especially a local paper for local races. How about if the Daily News did some actual investigation and reporting on these races and report on the biography and stance of these local candidates? I think the voters would find this interesting, and revealing.

Daily News never mentions the candidates.

I agree with David and meterman. Report on the candidates and what they stand for. Let the voters decide based on what the candidate stands for. What a concept. We don't need or want a newspaper telling us what is "good for us". We Vote, We Decide. I have heard of Chelebian I know nothing about her contender, other than he is a Democrat.

That's the spirit Daily News, sounds like you people are too lazy to research the candidates.
