I am very lonely, how about you?

So it is not a bad thing in and of itself. Not understanding it, though, is a bad thing because we assume that lonely means there's something wrong with us. I'm here to tell the world: WE ARE ALL LONELY NOW AND THEN. We should look into ourselves at those times to learn the lessons of loneliness, be grateful for it and then come back out of ourselves to share ourselves with the world.
