Well, I am so glad that so many people come here to share our feeling, and also as I am very busy with my work and also a tired heart can not express what, so a long time I was away from here.

Now everything is OK just a bit hot. Some of my colleagues left or will leave our company, I guess it is because our manager is always not in good temper. She scold us wheneven she want. I do not think she is a good guy or maybe this was caused by her long time loneness. She now is about 40years old but still along.

I also like to go out and have some sports. I think it is a good feeling after long time sport when I feel tired. Also it can makes me have a good sleep.

welcome you new guys coming here. We do hope we can share more here and know each other better but it takes time. Just be patient and when you feel nice or worse, come here to voice out what you feel or what you want.

Good Morning, Hency. Welcome back. I missed you! Your manager sounds like someone who could use your friendship (if possible)....There is a saying that "someone who is difficult to love is someone who needs it the most".... I like that. Sometimes I think that I must be that person: someone who is difficult to love. And I need love so much. Sometimes I think that the "universe" (God) puts us exactly where we need to be, regardless of how uncomfortable it is, in order to teach us what love really is.... I'm struggling lately with resentful feelings toward my brother, who basically abandoned me and my family after my mother died and now is calling to see if we're coming to his daughter's wedding ($1,000 airfare for 2 days). Why can't I just let my resentful feelings go? I wish so much that I could. I don't want to turn into my grandma who let her resentful feeling eat away at her. Does anyone have any solution to getting rid of anger/resentfulness? I am jealous, too. God, I hate these emotions/feelings.- Take care, all. Jane.

My mother had resentful feelings toward my uncle ever since he set their apartment on fire when he was 14. They reconciled in a waffle house nearly 10 years later. Hes your brother, you should be able to forgive him of anything, and the sooner you do the sooner that weight will be off your chest.

Or whatever, I dont really give a fuck.

OK, terrible lizard, you're right but HOW do you just forgive someone? I really WANT to, really....and getting the weight off would be an unspeakable treasure....it's been really awful, sort of a self-created hell. Thanks for the advice. Jane

Jane-baby, you forgive by letting go of the mortal emotional bounds of your grudge, in other words start to not care, the less you care about what he did then, the easier it will be to embrace who he is and what he'll do now.

Whatever pain or difficulties his flight brought, there were probably some good points; like not having to wait to have a shower.

Its a cold process, but it works.

Hello there, Killy. First of all, I am a 55-year-old married woman with children (American). So keep that in mind when I tell you: I think that when you spend too much time and energy and focus on a significant other (girlfriend) and this becomes your focus in life, then you are selling yourself short. Dating and break-ups go hand in hand. Your ex-girlfriend seeing your friend is not unheard of; her girlfriend having a crush on you is not unusual. But you sound to me like you think you have to do something about the girl having a crush on you, or perhaps even in retaliation for your ex-girlfriend hooking up with your friend...rather than interested in keeping yourself free of entanglements in order to explore your life in all areas with the idea that someday you will meet a woman who you are simply enraptured by....not someone that is just convenient.... I don't know, but since you asked for advice, why not explore all the areas of your life: job, career, schooling, hobbies, physical activities, politics, whatever you're interested in and see who you meet and how exciting that life can be.... Being hooked up with someone isn't always the best thing for our growth and mental and spiritual well-being. What do you think? Jane
