Oh man, Vietnam is doing it all wrong. I am well versed in 40-50 subjects. Semiconductor, ASIC Design and Simulation happen to be among my well versed subject.

You guys send my advise to Vietnam. Or give me contacts, I'll call them and give more advise for free.

Vietnam first must break the effort into two: ASIC Design (and Simulation) and Semiconductor fabrication.

Do the ASIC Design first and follow the model of fab-less. In fact, at the start, don't use ASIC, but use FPGA. Contact Xilinx, Altera and have them send free tools, free kits to work on FPGA. These devices are running at more than 1 GHz, more than Vietnam's application need.

The free stuff will keep the little core-team in Vietnam active, and can be useful. That's how you can break the chick&egg problem of creating a semiconductor industry without a huge initial investment/expertise. Use the free stuff but very powerful free stuff to make some headway.

I myself managed to take several classes in Synopsys campus for much of their tool set. I got those classes for free by swapping in for the no-show.(I had a very special trick to do this, but that's a secret.) I took Design Compiler, Behavioral Compiler, FPGA design, Formal Verification, VMC simulation, Advanced Verilog.

Remember, I was born with German superior gene so my learning rate is at times 10-100x normal speed over other Asians.

The only time Chip design and the Fab have to go together is when you want to push something to the limit say:
1. Speed, then the design would have to be cordinate with the process.
2. Yield, then the design could be compromised for more margin, thus help the process.

Process = how many layers, how long you have to bake the silicons. In fact, you can even design to help with built-in test to eliminate defect dies, saving package cost against a failed chip.

Step 1 for Vietnam is to create a successful fabless Chip company to do design for internal use or contract out to design for other people.

Step 2, once you target a sector, that's when you know if you need to own a process to push your edge.

i was always suspicious of the way you comunicate with others. Now i am certain that you have an Asperger's syndrome. You tend to excel in certain technical skills but serverely lack the social skills as manifests in your posts.

Your conditions have nothing to do with races. Asperger's syndrome is color blind. It affects every race.

LoL, come on. If I have Asperger's syndrome, how come I managed to sweet talk Synopsys folks to let me take many of their courses for free?(The price is 500 dollars per day. Some courses were 5-day long and would cost $2,500 in tuition.) Basically I estimated to have gotten easily 12,000 dollars worth of free courses at the training center.

Actually I am a lady-man. So many women have gone nuts over me. Let me demonstrate my skill. I was the groom men in this wedding. At the end of the wedding the groom men and bride maids were teasing each other. The bride maids were teasing the groom men for not being galant, and in particular, did not give them the flowers. One groom man took his little flower off and throw into his corresponding bride maid, "Here you go." We all laughed.

They heard my reputation as a womanizer so they demanded me to live up to my reputation by charming my coresponding bride maid.

I took the little flower on my groom suit off and kneel one leg in front of the bride maid:

_ I know this is not much.
_ It's not as beautiful as you are.
_ But I am a desperate man, wanting so much, having so little.
_ I plead you to accept, this little flower.
_ Then grant me a small wish.
_ Grant me the right to your first dance tonight.

She said "Yes" in the most submissive voice I've ever heard. That evening, I had to hide as my friends told me, "She was looking for you."

No idea really. I am not really into other people's life. I am only into famous people life such as HoChiMinh. I started to read a little bit about Giap General's life too. He is another legendary figure.

Remember, both HoChiMinh and Giap were important figures that brought down the Western colonial system. The free people around the world owe lot to them.

In my late 20s, I was in this group of Asian singles. The guys were hungry so they started to debate which restaurants to dine. One dude said, "Let's go to restaurant A." Another dude said, "That restaurant is pathetic. Let's go to restaurant B."

Thus there was a little verbal fights and the guys begun to take side. I was happily hanging around with the ladies so I did not involve. After a little while, one guy realized, "Oh wait, Drgunzet, we would like your oppinion."

I coolly replied, "Oh, there are plenty of oppinions around, you guys won't need more from my."

Then they insist, "Well, actually you are our smartest guy. What do you think we should do? We are at a dead-lock here."

I coolly, "I think us, the guys have failed. Let's ask the ladies to decide."

Oh man, the ladies were very happy with me. They stepped up and decided where to go.

Oh come on, stop insulting the coolie people. It's not a crime to be poor.

Both HoChiMinh and I were coolies and poor at times. But look at him, he became a world famous legend. Look at me, I turned out just fine. Maybe someday I would be famous too.

Nawh, all you need is to be famous with over-sea SVN ladies and that's more than ...enough and you did. More than you could handle. They mostly divorced their mates when coming to USA. Here you go, baby! Remember do not let them lonely for so long they would run off with...DADEN like Chicago's case. Aahahahhahahahaha!

The fact is: VNCH/NGUY losers have small skulls. I have not met another race with such small skulls. Consistently with the small skulls the VNCH/NGUY people are the most retarded people I met as well. Prove me wrong.
I can see why your people kept losing every where you end up. Your people got slaughters in the hundred of thousand during the early 1970s by Lon Nol in Cambodia. Your corpses floated down to the Mekong river. Your amry, civilians crushed each other to death in the ten of thousands during the panics of 1975. That what I read in the Vietnam war books writen by the Whites.
You went to the reeducation camps by the hundred thousand, built by the kind Vietnam government. They housed, fed you and taught you new patriotic thinking. But nooooo, you continue to betray the country, wanting to carve piece of it to sell to the foreign powers. You want to rule what ever land you could as pupets.
Then you found no buyer, you sneaked out of the country. Your women got boinked in the hundred of thousand. Many thousand were kidnaped by the Thai pirates to be sold into brothels. Did you do anything to fight back, to rescue them? Noooooo.
All I see you yap, yap, blah, blah. Look at you. You are short, wimpy, with small skulls. You are weak, coward and stupid. No wonder bad things kept happening against you. So pathetic.

Vietnam prepares to welcome new investment wave

Full story: VietNamNet

While the foreign investment inflow does not prosper this year, the flow from Japan in the first half of 2011 rose to nearly $500 million of registered capital, with 85 projects, ranking fourth among the largest investors in Vietnam.

See, you did it again. You just show another classic sign of the syndrome.

I am going to demonstrate a simple psychology that is considered instinctive to normal individuals but very difficult for people with the asperger's syndrome to grasp. For instance, when been told "you have an asperger's syndrome", a typical response from a normal person would be, "get lost" follows by a smirk. But that wasnt the way you reacted? Instead, you try so hard to proof that you are not on the spectrum. That is a classic sign of the syndrom.

People with asperger's syndrom, like yourself, find highly complex technical materialS easy to understand but can't grasp the most fundamental human psychology. Having said that, i highly doubted you are " well versed" in psychology.

Dude, being an Asper is nothing to be ashamed of. Eistein was an Asper. You dont have to hide it and be proud.
