I like the idea of Tim riding around the Pennsylvania countryside playing X-box. How anyone can question his credentials as a Leader of men (and women) is beyond me. I think we have a real statesman in the making.

This is nothing new. It's how they operate on a daily basis. Republicans steal from the poor to give to the rich and they steal from all of society by cutting back on social services and education. So stealing a van is no big deal.

Hey Mrs. R -if that's your real name- Social services and education are our largest waste of money of anything in the federal budget. We have way to many people sucking off the teet of America. "Entitlements for all" is the libs mato. And we tax payers are getting sick of it. If you want more money to go to these slugs, then you send in all the money you want. Me, I already contribute 55% of my income to taxes.

Back in the day I worked for a rental company and this kind of stuff happens more often than you would think. Atleast once a week we were searching for a vehicle that was missing. People would drop them off at hotels, the airport, dealerships, etc. and leave the keys with random people. Mrs. R...shut your piehole

Substantial majorities of people support public education and assisting people in need of assistance. The ones "sucking off the teet" are the no-bid contractors providing "services" and mercenaries in Iraq and elsewhere, Big Oil, Big Banking, Big Timber, Big Coal, and Big Agriculture. You're taxes are higher because too many Americans are willing to let George W. Bush and Tim Pawlenty bully them into thinking the wealthiest 10% should pay less while the rest pay more!

Hey Jim, Any FACTS to support that claim? Or is this just another pathetic attempt by some arrogant Liberal to pull the wool over the eyes of the public who give a squat. The wealthiest 10% of the country pay the MAJORITY of the overall amount in taxes paid. That is FACT, you can check any number of sites to prove that. But you actually KNOWING something would suprise me. But it is just easier to spread lies because it fits your opinion. For the record I make 32k a year, by far an away NOT a rich person at all. I am just willing to actually learn for myself rather then parroting the liberal media and the Dem's

Please explain how the wealthiest 10% pay less taxes than you? Big Oil? They paid more in taxes than they made in profits. Let's talk about the Minnesota Welfare moneys being spent abroad. Another liberal program run amok.

Hey Jim, where did you get you facts from, a lib media guide. If it wasn't for the rich, you would be living in a h e l l hole, The rich conservatives donate more money to the poor through taxes and private donations than all the libs combined. Libs are takers, conservatives are givers, and don't you forget it.

Okay, so do most people reading this paper have not even the slightest sense of humor??????? This is a cute little throw-away story; don't make it an ideological battle. If it hadn't been 'revealed', I'm sure there would be rumors of a cover up, so it had to be reported and BAM! "Republicans are crooks," blah blah blah. Oh what a gotcha story this one is!!!! Oooh, you got us now!

Betty, you must make a ton of money so I respectfully ask that you quit your whining. If you make a lot of money then to be equitable you should help support our society more. Just like poor people should be charged less because they don't make as much. As long as everyone is equal in how the taxes are spread out and applied, then no one should complain. You should consider yourself very lucky that you made it and aren't homeless.

Republicans are used to stealing from the poor and that other poster made a very funny comment about how they didn't even flinch at stealing this fun because it's like second nature to them. Granted, that's very sad, but still very funny in a sad way.

Sorry to say Mrs Liberal.... errr Mrs R :) Being someone who makes 32k a year, it isnt someones job who makes 64k a year to help me out. The "American Dream" was that you had a CHANCE to make a life for yourself here. Now with the liberal nut-jobs it means that if you have extra we want it. You know what other societies employ the same thinking that you said? Its called SOCIALIST republics and last time I checked we are the Republic of the United States of America. There is no socialism in what founded this country or what built this country. You can keep that socialist thinking to your damn self and know as long as closet socialists like Nobama and yourself included keep spouting out crap like this, you will be called on it. NO to Socialism No to Obama the ultra socialist

I think the irony of Pawlenty toolin' around in a van slated for the Democratic Convention is hilarious.
