You can still be detected, wether you load it before launching wow, or after. Blizzard uses an anti-hack called Warden, which scans running processes every few minutes. To cach an malicious programs running in the background. I see these type of programs talked about all the time, and NONE of them are what they say they are.

If you've already downloaded this program, or anything like this, i suggest you do an ONLINE virus scan. a lot of these programs hide keyloggers and dismiss themselves to already running anti-viruses on your PC to become undetected, running an online virus scan ensures a true scan of all viruses
