Hi Frank,
I am the founder of Dream Arcades; we strive for the best products and customer service of any arcade company.
If you've had an issue with our company please e-mail our support team and ask for me. I'll personally resolve what-ever issue you've had.

I have checked my records, and although we do ship to Germany we have never shipped to a Frank in Berlin.

I believe you probably have us confused with some other company.

Dream Arcades stands by all our products.
