only way is through the poke pal thing on route 221 you must migrate first they have to be in your storage on ruby sapp or emerald leaf green fire red etc. hope this helped.

the mystery gifts help you get event pokemon.

Talk to an interviewer and e'll ask you questions, regardless of what he askes, put in, Happy everyone( or everyone happy, or enjoy everyone, most likely happy everyone though.) and wifi connection for the next question. THen save, and the next time you turn on your game, on the menu mystery gift will be one of the options, as will continue and new game. "got off yahoo answers".

also i think most legendary's are gender less which makes them unable to make eggs. i might be wrong though.
