You can't be charged with shoplifting unless you leave the store.

Now Barney, put your bullet in your pocket.

Buckeye PD = just another low IQ on a power trip.

The police are wrong on this one. May the victim, Jerald Allen Newman sue the shit out of them and they lose hundreds of thousands. May they also be arrested on assualt chargez.
The police across the USA is out of control. It began it's decline when we started making ex-soliers SWAT team members.
Gezz.....pray for the USA!

This is the heights of insanity. Shoplift a ten-dollar item and get your face bloodied and knocked unconscious? And I thought shoplifting was "leaving the store without paying?" I'll never go into another Walmart's. I urge all Americans to boycott Walmart's.

He wasn't shoplifting wait for more information and video plz. The game never went under the guys shirt or even 25% of the way into the guys waistband. Also, ha actually appeared to LOOK for someplace to put the game. He was not there shoplifting with his grandson he didn't even look as if he were looking or cared who saw it you can see it was very impulsive and quick and was a reaction to the events going on about 10 feet to his right.

How many known cases of grandparents bringing their kids out shoplifting are you aware of? Me? None.

Not only should these Cult of Public Safety dirtbags be charged, that fake half-Chief needs to issue a retraction and apology for his blatant excuse making and CYA. This is the kind of person you TRUST in that shythole? I'll be heading into town myself for related matters in two days so perhaps a few heads need to get crocked together there in LEOtard land. LAw abiding people are SICK and FKN Tired of the Cult of Public Safety Heroes we pay billions for a year since 911. What is this LEOtard fever these days? The new welfare for galoots and people who Axis II personality disorders?

Again I say:

If you recruit these buffoons by showing ads on "Facebook" that show Oakly-perv wraparound glasses on LEOtards with tactical schmaktical assualt arms standing in front of "Police Lamborghinis" like tuffguys in swat costumes with headings like "BE AN FBI ROCKSTAR" or "BE AN "ICE" HERO" you're asking for the biggest sort of mental retard to apply you can find. Good luck with that!
