"The Organization" (OT) *NEW POKEMON TEAM*

welcome im the leader of The Organization

a pokemon team that im trying to make
the rules of this team are little different then all the others so feel free to ask any questions

first of all to join with us you must try out with either me or my co-leader
if you defeat 4 of our pokemon well think about it
but if u win your automatically in

when u try out you could use any pokemon of any type (as long as they arent uber or hacked)

no ubers
no hacks (SUPER important)
no d/c (disconnecting)(very important)
no sore losers

sleep clause
species clause
evasion clause
ohko clause

be respectful to everyone

if you break any of these rules:
1st a warning
2nd you could be kicked out of the team

alright this is where it gets complicated (sort of)
IF you make it on the team you pick a gym
whichever you want
if the gym you want is already taken you challenge the current gym for his/her spot

Example:lets say you want the dragon spot and its already taken you get your dragons and challenge the dragon gym with his dragons(dragon vs dragon)

alright lets say your already on the team and your being challenged for your spot
if you lose you get ONE rematch

you could be challenged for your spot only 3 times if you win all three times no one can challenge you for your spot again (your gym is permanent)

there are 8 gyms and 4 champion spots

the 4 champions are region champions (kanto johto etc.) they can use any pokemon from theyre chosen region

once i get all gyms filled im going to hold a tournament and the leader gets to become a champion

Good luck to you guys, I honestly mean that. believe me I have had 2 teams (Both very successful) and it can be extreemly difficult to hold a team together at times. Believe me, Shin-Ra will be just fine. Shin-Ra has changed the entire roster 3 times. Advice is, to never give up. I will aid whenever possible, all you have to do is ask.

She started college. I talk with her on the other site that I am on every other day. We both run poke Gyms....eh ask Gerry about all that stuff. But that is usually where I kick it. There is a LOT of great pokemon players there.

i based my team off yours thats why its called the organization (kingdom hearts 2)

It's pretty cool name. When gerry told me I knew right away. After all my key pokemon is named from kingdom hearts. I am not upset by any means. I know PAPR was a bit upset for what Gerry did. PAPR asked me if gerry could join and I declined. But PAPR fought for Gerry and in the end got dissed for it. It doesn't involve me or anyone else for that matter. I ask let Gerry and PAPR work it out.

i think shin -ra and jenova are 2 out of the 3, but i know organization isnt the 3rd
