Don't know if it's requested but here's an Arceus - it works on PBR (But not WIFI - i don't know how) good-ish stats (not 999 - they're within game boundaries - that's how to get them on PBR) Good attacks (fire blast, thunder, focus blast and judgement)(It might not work for you because it's OT Gav and it ID is 01574)
