If your wi-fi isn't working go to wi-fi settings on your game click something that says none.click search for an access point find the name of your wi-fi(enter wep key/passwordand it'll work)for your wi and click test connection.I know I had the same problem once.Reply to me if it does not work soI can give you more advanced ways to do it.

Only real problem I see is that you've got little diversity on your ampharos and none on typhlosion. You should at least give typhlosion 2 non fire moves to round him out and the same goes for ampharos and empoleon. Also, I don't really see the point in giving Gengar dark pulse. Dark pulse is only good for taking out ghost and psychic types, something you can already do with shadow ball. I suggest you replace it.
