It would seem Newt is running on the Obama strategy -- don't run on your record but instead attempt to divide support of your opponents.

People don't believe these Romney kool aide drinking fact checkers telling us Romney left Bain before the acquired companies were closed. They expect us to believe that the people at Bain had this epiphany to suddenly gut these companies after Mitt left to run the Olympics. The plans Bain implements for these acquired companies take years to implement and to suggest that Romney had nothing to do with anything bad that happened has no merit.

FOX news, the Romney wing of the Republican party wants everyone to believe this is an attack on the free enterprise system, not true. This is an attack on one persons record of raiding companies and in some cases helping them, and other cases, destroying them, but in most all cases, making millions of dollars for the firm and it's investors.

Here are two examples of how Bain Capital makes money for itself and it's investors;

1. Pump and dump, this is a situation where the stock of a company is deliberately pumped up by a conspiracy of financial advisors and other public sources, so that the unsuspecting investors buy the stock sending its price higher. At some point, the original stockholders dump the stock, sending the share price off a cliff, and screwing over the public investors including retirement and pension funds who were misled by the false claims. This is an illegal activity, but is hard to prove and to prosecute.

2. The other despicable action of Bain Capital is a dividend recap, this is where the vulture capitalist buys a small company, cuts costs to provide an artificial profit, then forces the company to borrow millions of dollars which the vulture capitalist takes by fees and massive dividends. Then when the company is doomed from the massive debt, is sold and the company goes bankrupt, leaving a wake of destruction behind.

This has nothing to do with venture capitalism. This has nothing to do with new job creation. The fact that some of Bain's deals went well does not excuse them from the reputation of a vulture capitalist, as they used these two evil tools, the pump-and-dump and the dividend recap.

The larger picture of bringing this to light is to show what Obama, Axelrod and the Democratic machine intends to use this to destroy Romney in the general election.

Sorry to see that Jon Huntsman has suspended his 2012 GOP presidential primary campaign.

He is the only gopher candidate with a brain, knowledge of foreign policy and was rational, reasoned and intelligent.

Get yourself out of the right wing party and you will be fine.

I've said it before, but the "support" liberals had for Huntsman demonstrated that either they agreed with his policies, or they thought Obama could beat him easily.

Neither was a good reason to support him.

I guess if putting thousands Americans out of work and employing tens of thousands of Chinese is the mark of a good business man, Romney is a great business man!

CNN Poll: Obama tied with Romney & Paul in November showdowns

Posted by
CNN Political Unit

Washington (CNN)– Mitt Romney is all tied up with President Barack Obama in a likely general election matchup, with the president showing signs of weakness on the economy and Romney seen as out of touch with ordinary Americans, according to a new national survey.

And a CNN/ORC International Poll released Monday also indicates that Rep. Ron Paul of Texas is also even with Obama in another possible showdown this November. The survey also suggests the Republican advantage on voter enthusiasm is eroding, which could be crucial in a close contest.

According to the survey, if the November election were held today and Romney were the Republican presidential nominee, 48% say they'd vote for the former Massachusetts governor, with 47% supporting the president. Romney's one point margin is well within the poll's sampling error.

When you're an incumbent President that can't run on your record of failure and are behind a year out........it can't be exciting in the White House......except for those still trying to find other jobs.

You mean his record of praying on vulnerable companies, buying them, cutting them up, firing all employees, and selling the pieces for a profit?

If corporations are people, as Romney claims, then he's a serial killer.

Lol.

Really?

Point to one instance where Obama bought a vulnerable corporation, fired everyone, cut it into pieces, and sold the pieces for personal profit.

You're a typical wingnut loon. All rant and no facts.

GM, Chrysler for a start. He sold GM to the Unions and got millions back in donations. They laid off workers, fired others, and then closed dealerships (based on political affiliation) costing america more jobs, tax base and GDP.

Tell your boy to release his sealed information. The liberal press is pressing Romney to release his tax return, BUT NOTHING ABOUT OBAMA'S SCHOOL, TRAVEL, MEDICAL OR BIRTH RECORDS.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Pisces

Having to bow down to convention or limitations is enough to make you want to scream right now, and you'll do your utmost to rebel in any way you can. Be careful about this because you could easily get on the wrong side of someone who has power or authority over you. It feels as though you're battling with forces that want to keep you under control, and you don't like it one bit.
