They have however possibly made a fatal mistake this time, as they produced LOI and Confirmation funding (Probably made by themselves) BUT with a twist. The Hong Kong and Zurich formations are real - as verified by my attorneys. "Now they have committed International Fraud and Homeland security is intersted because of possible money laundry ops!

Hey SMD in South Africa, you should remain silent cause I know they pay you money. I know how these clowns work I have seen it first hand. Remember Tony & Eyal I have the inside info of how you guys operate. You will never be able to hide for to long. The offer still stands, prove how legitimate you are, prove to the many you have scammed. Believe me everyone is really interested to speak to genuine projects you have funded and proof that you even have the funds to invest.

Sometimes folks ask for my advice about starting a company, and for getting venture financing. Here is what I tell them. If you think you have a big idea ($100M+ in annual revenue), I encourage most entrepreneurs to get top-tier VC financing. The best VCs have been focused on making big ideas happen, and they will have a lot of experience, contacts, confidence and aggression to help you.
If 3-5 VCs reject your plan (see more on their criteria below), my advice is for you to revisit your plan vs. talking to a zillion VCs. Yes, there are of course a few times when VCs miss funding big deals (and for some reason, people love to gloat about those examples), but in general, if you are working with a quality VC firm, they will know what they are talking about.
If your idea is a good one that you are passionate about, but not "big" ($100M), you will probably need to bootstrap via friends and family, customers (this is the best way) or angel investors.
I continue to be amazed by the number of entrepreneurs that whine about VCs not funding their great idea, or giving them bad deal terms. This is an open market; if one VC does not give you the terms you want, try another. No quality VC will pass up a great team/market/idea. Valuations and terms today are similar to the average over the past 20 years, so if you are still in denial about the end of the bubble, you might be disappointed when you find that your toothpaste website idea does not raise $20M, and that VCs once again expect your team/market/idea to actually make revenue, and profit.

Your arrogance astounds me.Twice now you have presumed upon my time,and insulted my intelligence by firing a verbal broadside of inane and unsupported accusations against Anthony and Al...gentlemen I happen to know ,admire ,and respect as men of honor,integrity,and outstanding moral capacity.....character traits which you ,sir,apparently lack in the extreme.
For each of you vile ,contemptuous,and unfounded accusations depicting Anthony and Al in a most unfavorable light,I can easily counter with an array of corporate and personal experiences involving Anthony and Al that shatter your cowardly convictions and elevate these fine gentlemen to an enviable and,may I add ,most esteemed position in the national and international business community.
In short ,sir,your phony plea for a sympathetic response to this private war of words you seem to delight in waging against Anthony and al has fallen ,and will,I assure ,continue to fall on deaf ears.
