Our company is seeking 3 venture capitalist for 3 separate developments that we have identified. One SC golf course community, one NC mountain community and one smaller local development.
$150,000 buys a 20% partner stake in either the golf community or mountain community.$85,000 buys a 20% partnership in the local community.
Additional buy-in opportunities may be available in the future.
