I am a 25 year old female who just got promoted into a very experienced management team. I got the promotion by bringing in a few sponsors and of course hard work. Pretty soon here I will be in contact and possibly presenting to Venture Capitalist. My question is, since I am young with just a college degree and a short work history, what the Venture Capitalists think of me? Will they see my age and short work history as a weakness? I understand that a mangement team is important when they make their decision to invest.
