We are a property devlopment Firm. We are seeking for project devlopment financing/funding in the region of not less than US$20m to devlop accommodation, housing & other properties near a new mine to be developed in the North Western Province of Zambia, Central Africa for the mine staff and mining support company staff. The point I emphasis, is that whilst we are most efficient, cost effective and amenable to negotiation, we are in the luxury market, do not cut corners, do not deviate from our terms and conditions nor do we drop our fees or standards. If an owner wishes to proceed, they must provide an up-front advance on costs to mobilize or we just do not proceed.

(1) I have a client who needs a total investment of some 70 mio US$ for indoor ski project in Ukraine. He claims that he/they have 15/20 mio covered. I have not seen the BP myself. Is that anything you want to consider?

(2) We are in the agri business in Ukraine (he runs the Swiss trading office) and they want to expand the factory (sunflower seed crush) as well as logistic support and they are considering to step into the farming of grains. Is that something you would look at?
