Well, seems that Phil's days are numbered. We have spoken to Da's (in three states) Prosecutors in two other states and even our friends at the IRS... Phil, you will be hearing from them very soon! Millions taken, NONE declared... oh no, they don't like competition Phil!

I think the new Federal Prisons have AC and Heat so life for Phil will greatly improve from either sleeping on the streets or his tiny-little office he used to sleep on the floor until his landlord throw him out recently for not paying his rent for 6-months. His landlord must have been as stupid as us for believing Phil's lies!

WOW! This is crazy that these venture capital companies are getting away with taking money from those who wish to see their dream come to pass. I was just scammed by another Venture group Green Hills Ventures. This company is operated by Emanuel Martinez who has taken $17,500 of my hard earned money. My thought is, what in the world is the government doing about this? I see these posting all over the internet now and the number is increasing everyday. Who regulate these entities of deception? why are they still in business? Is there anyway to stop this and for us to recover our money? Our country is losing its international power and becoming worse than Africa in this scam business. We have to be the joke of the century. I wonder if the President has any clue that this is a growing tumor that is out of control and that the small business is suffering. We represent 46% of the economic grow of this country. Does that even matter to our country or to our government? We must keep fighting and take this to the highest level of government possible.
I will not stop until we all get resolve!

I would like to know what is exactly the nature of your company and why you were denied? I am very curious as they are asking for 18,500 from me

Yes I heard from a few sources and "past friends" of Phil's that he is (or was) in Jail per some private discussions from the DA in NY as well. Phil is a poisonous ans shameless snake... To all whom wish a happy 2012, stay far far away from Phil....
