Access Capital Funding: Venture Capital Scam

Access Capital Funding Group, LLC stands accused of multiple charges of fraud and grand theft. Access Capital Funding allegedly conspired with several in a colossal venture capital scam. The co-conspirators promised their victims they had access to thousands of dollars for venture capital funding. Victims were targeted either through Internet advertising or through a network of associates who referred the victims for a finder's fee. The victims were promised an improved credit rating within six months until their promised funding arrived, but clients who paid steep fees never saw their credit improve. Access Capital Funding Group took the money for its own personal gain. No monetary compensations in credit or cash refunds have been granted at this time.

Access Capital Funding Group LLC in Denver Colorado based on past performance appears to leave a lot to be desired in the field of Credit Building Services and Loan Development.
I can't say that I would feel very comfortable refering someone to Access Capital Funding Group because all over Google, people are posting very negative experiences.
So far right now - I would have to say that Access Capital Funding Group certainly does not meet or hold up to any ethical standards of business practice.
Stay away from Access Capital Funding Group.

There seems to be a lot of victims of Access Capital Funding Group. Perhaps legal remedies are needed to change the mode of operation.
Why exactly is Access Capital Funding Group allowed to stay in business?
Are there not laws protecting your consumers?

A common move when a company has this much bad press is to change the name and location of the company. Of course this cements the intent to commit fraud, so we will have to see what happens next with Access Capital Funding Group and their leader Courtney Krenz. Should be interesting. I think the law will be on them soon.

They are now Assist Business, www.assistbusinessnow.com claiming to be in Phoenix but still operating in Denver CO

Their BBB rating has dropped from B+ to F within a span of 3 months. They had to change their name! What is horrible is so many businesses in need of capital to stay alive in the economy, there will be many more victims of this SCAM! Please stay away from Assist Business Now.

Janice, enter names in Google Search Engine to discover activity. Also do a background and credit check. Even these steps can be misleading if the fraudster is intent on deception. Enter my name into Google Search Engine to see an example of what appears when a design, build, investor relations company is legit.

Report Access Capital to the Federal Trade Commission. The same has happened to me. Same story. BBB of Colorado says they have over 20 complaints from the last year against this company.

Buecshe Consulting is a legitimate and well respected firm that provides consulting services and knowlege to the client regarding joint ventures, financial forcasting, market research, venture capital preperation and company restructuring recommendations. Ms. Scarborough is unknown by the company other than she could be one of many who are paid others to discredit good firms.

Is a well resecpected firm which provides valuable consulting services, knowlege, and recommendations to the client regarding joint ventures, venture capital candidacy preperation, mergers, finanancial forcasting, marketing,etc. The poster...Ms Scarborough very likely fits the profile of the 100's of individuals that are paid to use their names and methods to discredit legitimate firms. Posting searches indicate that she may be using a another name from time to time.

If anyone is being harrassed by Monterey Collection on behalf of Access Capital research your FDCPA rights. Fair Debt Collection Practices laws before dealing with these people.

I had a very similar experience as Ms. Scarborough. How would Bueche Consulting even have been questioned had she not been connected with them somehow? I just am wondering, that's all. And I notice the entry is actually from the person and business itself, rather than real clients who had obtained actual funding for their investments into this company.

I had personal dealings with a man named Ken Beuche in San Antonio about 12 years ago and was swindled out of my teacher retirement money. If this is the same Ken Beuche, steer clear. He is a shyster and scam artist and takes advantage of those who want to believe people are good and everyone deserves to be trusted.

Monterrey Collection Agency called me incessantly to collect the 'remaining balance' of what Access Capital Funding claimed I 'owed' them. This is absurd because we were communicating back and forth with the BBB about granting me a refund. I threatened to file suit against Monterrey if they continued to phone me. No more collection calls, but still no refund from Access Capital Funding!
